New Management Takes Over Washington Town Center

Azarian Reality Co. was hired on Dec. 5 to take over managing and leasing the properties located in the Washington Town Center, 273 Pascack Rd. They'll be officially taking over Jan. 1, according to Assistant Property Manager Kevin Pelio.

The strip, 38 units large, is approximately 130,000 square ft. A & P Supermarket, Rite Aid, the United States Post Office, and Clearview Movie Theater currently anchor this property.

Prior to the announcement of Azarian Reality Co.'s takeover, the property was managed by the property owner who has been leasing and managing the property for the past 30 years, Pelio said.

"Right now our plans are to lease up the current vacant space," he said. "We will also continue to manage the property to the high standards currently expected from the tenants and customers."

Azarian Group and Azarian Reality Co. own, manage and lease 20 properties in New Jersey and New York. They manage over 1,000,000 square ft. and over 300 tenants.
