A traffic stop on the Palisades Interstate Parkway Thursday led police to the arrest of a gang member with 100 bags of heroin concealed in his anus, authorities said. Fair Lawn resident and rap mogul Jim Jones was arrested Wednesday after he "got out of line" with an officer who was handling a parking complaint in front of the Dipset founder's Ward Street home, police said. Three members of a Bergen County burglary ring known as the “James Bond Gang” were arrested after they broke into and ransacked a Sparta residence Wednesday, Township Police Sgt. John-Paul Beebe said. The alleged gang is believed to be responsible for dozens of burglaries of high-end homes in Morris and Somerset counties, as well as other parts of the tri-state area. Two Paterson men and one woman from North Haledon were arrested Friday night after orchestrating a plot to rob the woman's boss — the owner of a popular Wyckoff pizzeria — but failing after a gun accidentally discharged in front of the business owner's home, according to police. A deaf and elderly dachshund disappeared on Christmas Eve from Paula Gilligan's Glen Rock yard and remains missing. The owner suspects the dog — not known to take off — was snatched.
