For the 2010-2011 school year, the Westwood Regional Middle School (formerly Ketler School) was reconfigured to house all the sixth and seventh graders in Westwood and Washington Township.
The school addresses the community's desire to have a middle school in the district. The school emphasizes core academic learning with technology and problem solving. Students take responsibility for their own learning, working individually and collaboratively to complete tasks and solve problems.

This is too incredible! When I was in high school (VP class of '88) I attended and spoke at a meeting about leaving the current middle school open and now 25 years later here we are talking about the advantages of the middle school now opened at the elementary school down the road. I am SPEECHLESS!
