To whom it may concern
whenever situations like this occur, you should ask for a manager. I have been to Vincent's many times and have always had a great experience. Management cannnot fix an isue if they are not aware. In addition, I beliive Vincent's would want to be made aware if a server did not not give excellent service and accomadate the customer needs.

Linda, what has been your experience with excessive saltiness in the food at Vincent's? We had been there about 4 times last year and been pleased with the place, but one night (weeknight) we went and both our dishes were so salty as to be inedible. I know that different people like different degrees of saltiness, but when all you taste is salt, something is very, very wrong. The waitress chalked it up to "You didn't like it?" and didn't offer to replace the dishes or anything else...and she knew we were repeat visitors. Needless to say, we haven't been back, because we can't afford to pay twenty bucks for a dish of salt.

Respectfully, someone obviously does not know authentic Italian food. Vincent's is great...a great chef, great ambience and service with delicious and authentic Italian food. The dessert complaint is very strange....tartufo is a gelato/ice cream or sorbet (in the case of the raspberry tartufo) ball surrounded by a chocolate shell and is always served frozen (no other way to serve it, lol). If you know tarfuo, you would know what to expect. This particular dessert as well as their signature cheesecake zeppoles and warm molten chocolate cake w/gelato are simply incredible! Just delicious! Also, no self respecting Italian drinks cappucino after a heavy meal (although I am confident Vincent's cappucino is as delicious as their espresso and everything else on their menu.)

I am so delighted that Vincent's has come to Washington Township. A favorite spot of my family for sure. It is terrific, casual yet upscale, and just what the area needed.

Love Vincent's. Great food, service and ambience....and a BYO to boot!

It seems that any Italian in New Jersey who can open a can of tomato sauce thinks he can open a BYO Italian restaurant. Vincent Trattoria in Washington Twnsp is an example of this.

Arrived with a reservation on first(and last)visit and had to wait 1/2 hour while walk-ins were seated. Ordered Veal Picata and it came breaded with flour and bread crumbs. When we asked waitor if we got Veal Francaise by mistake he said , "No, the owner/chef breads the picata now because the customers were complaining that the veal was too tough. This was due to the heat in cooking it. Gee, what do other restaurants do? How about buying better meat.

We were talked into a "fresh" raspberry tortufo by the waitress but a frozen one arrived without any raspberries. The waitor said they were out of the "fresh" tortufo and this one was complimentary. Yea, right. I was charged $7 when the bill came.
Ordered a capachino which came with lots of foam but no expresso in it. It looked and tasted like hot dishwater.

I won't be back.
