I have said for numerous years that all of these small towns do not need there own libraries; they should seriously consider additional shared services beyond BCCLS! There are THREE libraries a stone's throw away from my house. In these difficult economic times and the proliferation of e-readers, does every town really need it's own library?

How dare Ms. Hogan characterize my proposal as "vacuous" jock talk! How utterly absurd! How preposterous! Why, I put plenty of thought into it. I really don't want a cell phone tower in town, but if it has to go somewhere why not over there! Place it on top of the library then! You can earn $100,000 per year from Verizon. How about that Hogie? Take that to the Mayor! Maybe you could extend your hours?...or would you just pay someone an exorbitant salary and mis-use the funds as most beaurocratic organizations do?

This library is horrible. The hours are awful and the service stinks. The town should close this dinky branch and let them build the cell phone tower here. It would be more productive use of the land! Are you listening Mayor?

Contrary to Mr. Grant's opinion of the Township library, it is an invaluable asset to the Township's residents. Given the budget the library has to work with, the Director and her dedicated staff of professionals and volunteers are to be commended for providing world-class service. Since Mr. Grant believes a cell tower is more important than a library, his priorities have nothing to do with availing himself of what the library offers. Mr. Grant's proposal to the Mayor sounds like vacuous jock talk.
