Formerly Dora's Gymnastics, Aeon Fitness was recently taken over by two former staff members who revamped to make it better than ever. Amanda Caron, and Stephanie Green have both been working in gymnastics for a number of years and each has broad knowledge of the sport. The focus of this gym is not just for the "serious gymnast" but for youth from eighteen months to eighteen years. It offers something for all young people from competitive gymnastics teams to aerobic fitness classes to help keep in shape.
