Family Fun Fest, Council Meetings, Flu Clinic This Week

Here's a look at the week ahead in Westwood, Hillsdale and Washington Township.

The Pascack Valley Regional Board of Education will hold a public meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the PVHS auditorium. The agenda is available here.

The Hillsdale Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in borough hall. The agenda is available here.

The Westwood Council is scheduled to discuss a local flood prevention ordinance and other issues during their meeting this week. The council will start their public meeting at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the borough municipal building. The agenda is available here.

Westwood will hold a flu clinic for adults from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Westwood House, 100 Madison Ave. The vaccine costs $25 and insurance will not be accepted.

The Washington Township Planning Board is scheduled to hear an application for a change in ownership of the movie theater in the Washington Town Center. The board meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the township municipal building. The agenda is available here.

Washington Township will hold their annual Family Fun Festival Saturday. The event will include food, music, rides, a new science tent and lots of other games, activities and demonstrations. It will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Memorial Field on Pascack Road. The full schedule is available here.
