Elections, Rabies Clinic This Week
Here's a look at the week ahead in Westwood, Hillsdale and Washington Township.
The Westwood Zoning Board meets at 8 p.m. Monday in the borough municipal building.
The general election will be held Tuesday. Westwood, Hillsdale and Washington Township all have local elections. Voters will also elect a governor, two District 39 Assembly members and one senator, three Bergen County freeholders and a sheriff. Where do you vote? Check here.
The Hillsdale Planning Board is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in borough hall.
The Hillsdale Council is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in borough hall.
The Washington Township Planning Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday has been canceled.
The Westwood Planning Board meets at 8 p.m. in the borough municipal building.
Washington Township will host a free rabies clinic from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the DMF garage, next to the municipal building. A pet's first shot is good for one year, subsequent shots last three years. Pets must be kept leashed or caged at the event. Call 201-666-8512 for more info.
