This weekend my computer was down. Lucky for me I don’t spend too much time online or I would have gone crazy with the inconvenience. I pushed a couple of buttons and pretended I knew what I was doing for two days before I called tech support, and they gave me the simple advice to re-boot and restore.
I thought I would share that same piece of advice with everyone. We all sometimes need to think about re-booting and restoring our health. It’s been a long, hot summer and most of us have slipped and lost sight of our health goals. So let’s get ourselves back on track! Try to run your first 5k, lose 10 pounds or lift a heavier weight – helps you to get it done.
