Westwood Resident Wins Norwood 5K
Justin Torrento is currently in second place for the Northern Valley Triple Crown. The final race is November 16.
Justin Torrento, 38, of Westwood, won the ninth annual Norwood Fast & Flat 5K Saturday.
Torrento finished the race with a time of 18:09. The complete standings are available here.
The race is part of the Northern Valley Triple Crown series of 5K races, with the final race of the series, the Harrington Park 5K Fall Spectacular, coming up November 16.
Saturday's race was Torrento's first overall win since winning the Woodcliff Lake Run for Education 5K in 2009. He currently sits in second place in the Triple Crown standings behind Joel Bender of Bedford, NY.
