Westwood Regional High School's Cardinals defeated the Waldwick Warriors 26-7 in the North 1, Group 2 championship Saturday.
The Cardinals came into the game with a strong start, scoring a pair of touchdowns in the first quarter and a third in the second, NJ.com reported.
The team finished their season with an 11-1 record, with just a 4-point difference in their sole loss to Mahwah.
This championship is the school's fourth.
