Bergen Community College’s main campus went to the dogs on Wednesday when Greyhound Friends of New Jersey Inc., a nonprofit organization raising awareness about the mistreatment of racing dogs, visited with students, faculty and staff. Professor Harold Kahn, of Washington Township, has organized the event for 10 years, works with Greyhound Friends to bring the dogs—and their owners—on campus to share adoption stories.
