Praise for Emerson DPW

A few words of THANKS to the Emerson DPW for the great job they've been doing keeping the roads clear in town. So many people need to be able to get to places like Nursing Homes and medical supply stores regardless of the weather. The efforts of the DPW made this possible.

When the plows come up and down the streets, driveways do end up with a wall of snow in front of them, which can't be helped. We live on a corner property and our neighbors have Dinardi Landscaping provide snow removal.  Friday morning, a very nice man took a little extra time after finishing our neighbor's driveway to cross the street and help clear the wall of snow that was blocking our driveway. He would not accept any payment for this act of kindness. Thank you!!
