Oritani Bank Donates $25,000 to Shelter Our Sisters

Shelter Our Sisters provides emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence as well as services for children.

Oritani Bank's Charitable Foundation recently awarded a $25,000 grant to the Shelter Our Sisters Children's Program.

Shelter Our Sisters is a Bergen County-based group which provides emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence and provides activities for children to "counteract the effects of abuse." They help more than 150 local children each year.

“We have supported Shelter Our Sisters for many years now because we believe the organization performs an invaluable service by protecting vulnerable children,” bank Chairman, President and CEO Kevin J. Lynch said in a press release.
