Hundreds Attend Hillsdale Lighting Ceremony
The annual event included holiday music, food and a visit from Santa.
Hillsdale held the annual Christmas tree and menorah lighting ceremony in Veterans Park Wednesday.
Hundreds of residents came out to see the lights, listen to Christmas and Hanukkah music, meet Santa and eat some food from local eateries.
Also during the event, the Bergen County Model Railroad Club held an open house upstairs at the train station. They will hold more open house hours from 1 to 4 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday for anyone who wants to see their model layout.
