I'm proud to say that I now have been in Westwood for one year. Prior to my arrival, I had submitted a few "pre-blog" entries with several photos during my two walking tours of the borough. I had asked residents to identify the structures, etc., to appease my curiosity.
The attached photo is the Exxon Service Station at the corner of Kinderkamack Road and Jefferson Avenue. The hole is deep and wide, but I don't want to guess as to its purpose (because my guesses are usually wrong).
Does anyone have an update on this well-traveled location in Westwood? Sure, a hole in the ground isn't usually a big deal. I'm just curious, that's all.
