Poker Tournament Raising Money For Spectrum For Living

The top finisher will win $5,000.

A Texas Hold ‘Em poker tournament in Westwood will raise money for Spectrum For Living, a nonprofit group which assists adults with physical and developmental disabilities.

The tournament will be held at the Westwood Knights of Columbus July 20 starting at 7 p.m. Entry to the tournament costs $100 or $75 for spectators. Registration is available online here. Poker players of any skill level are welcome.

If they get a full tournament of 200 players, the top place finisher will win $5,000.

"We hope that provides incentive for players to come out and have a great time," event Chair Jim Jimenez said.

Anyone with questions about the event can contact Lauren Turiello, director of development, at (201) 358-8000 ext. 227 or lturiello@spectrumforliving.org.
