St. Leon Armenian Food & Arts Festival
From dining and dancing to art exhibits and cooking classes, theArmenian Food & Arts Festival offers cultural fun for the entire family to enjoy. Event highlights include:
- Exciting music performances by Zulal and the ArekagChorus, dance performances by both the Akhtamar andAntranig Dance Ensembles and an exclusive art exhibit showcasing award-winning Armenian artists.
- Instructional cooking classes and hands-on demonstrationsled by Armenian culinary experts in a professional on-site kitchen.
- Engaging tavloo (backgammon) tournament and a clinic for novice players.
- Fun 3-on-3 basketball tournament for children ages 10 and up.
- Festival Gift Shop featuring authentic handmade items crafted by Armenian artisans.
- Exclusive Guided Tour of the Church sanctuary with a historical overview of Armenian Apostolic traditions of worship.
