Montvale Active-Adult Community to Host Holiday Open House December 8th

Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Ridgemont, a 55+ lifestyle
community in Bergen County, is hosting a “Merry Season Open House” on Sunday, December
8th, from 12:00 Noon–2:30 p.m. in the community clubhouse. The event,
which is geared towards interested and potential 55+ homebuyers, will feature
tours of the model homes and the property. Hot chocolate and assorted pastries
will be served. The community is located at 3 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale. For
