The League of Women Voters of Bergen County is holding a candidates' forum for NJ Legislative District 39 in the Mahwah Senior Center on Corporate Drive.
The candidates for Senate are Jane Bidwell (D) and incumbent Gerald Cardinale (R). The candidates for Assembly are Donna C. Abene (D); Robert Auth (R); Anthony N. Iannarelli, Jr. (D); incumbent Holly Schepisi (R).
The forum is free and open to the public. Members of the audience will have the opportunity to submit questions for the candidates to answer.
District 39 includes the towns of Closter, Demarest, Dumont, Emerson, Harrington Park, Haworth, Hillsdale, Mahwah, Montvale, Norwood, Oakland, Old Tappan, Park Ridge, Ramsey, River Vale, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Washington, Westwood, Woodcliff Lake in Bergen County; Bloomingdale, Ringwood, Wanaque in Passaic County.
