Incumbents Win Hillsdale Council Seats

Chris Looes and Frank Pizzella won the seats in a close election, according to unofficial results.

It appears two current Hillsdale Council members from opposing parties will retain their seats, according to unofficial election results.

Democrat Chris Looes and Republican Frank Pizzella had the most votes, with 1,602 and 1,585, respectively. Democrat Paul Muller had 1,550 and Republican John MacEwen had 1,523, according to the unofficial results.

The final results could still change- the unofficial results don't include absentee or provisional ballots.

Neither Looes nor Pizzella could immediately be reached for comment.
