Westwood Eateries Offering Restaurant Week Specials

Check out some of the special menus and deals here.

Westwood Restaurant Week started Thursday and runs through this weekend.

The Westwood Chamber of Commerce organized the event as a lead-up to the Super Bowl at MetLife Stadium this Sunday since it may be the only time the game is played in the area, according to chamber Executive Director Joseph Abou-Daoud.

Downtown Westwood's many upscale shops and restaurants make it "unique to any other place in Bergen County," he said.

Some shops are also participating in Restaurant Week, with Westwood Prime Meats serving new specials daily and Westwood Pets offering deals on pet food and supplies, among others.

Check out some of the specials offered by local eateries above. For more info, see the Westwood Chamber of Commerce's Facebook page or contact individual restaurants.

For anyone visiting the area for the Super Bowl, Westwood can be reached via NJ Transit's Pascack Valley Line train.
