Tanya Zuckerbrot Speaking at YJCC's 'Brilliant Brunches'

Brilliant Brunches, a culinary experience sponsored by the Bergen County YJCC, will be held on April 19.

The event will begin at 9:15 a.m. at the YJCC, 605 Pascack Road, Washington Townsip, where there will be a light breakfast and a talk by guest speaker Tanya Zuckerbrot. Zuckerbrot is author of The F-Factor Diet and The Miracle Carb Diet: Make Calories and Fat Disappear—with Fiber! She is also a T.V. personality who frequently appears on national television, including The Dr. Oz Show, the Today Show, CBS Early Show, The View and Rachael Ray.

Brilliant Brunches will continue with participants choosing from ten enticing topics, each of which will be presented at a beautiful home, where lunch will also be served. Topics include decorating, holistic health, beauty, wines, party planning and more.
