Registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Cardinals Junior Football Camp. The camp runs from Monday July 9th through Thursday July 12th (rain or shine).
Said Camp Director and Westwood Regional High School Head Football Coach, Vito Campanile, "The goal of our camp is to provide a positive and enthusiastic learning environment where our campers, alongside their teammates and friends, can benefit from the experience of some of North Jersey’s best coaches and players. The move this year to our new turf field enables us to do so much more for the kids in terms of camp logistics and activities."
In addition to football fundamentals and position specific drills, campers at all age levels compete in daily touch football games which culminate in a final day Camp Superbowl which is televised locally on WCTV. More About Westwood Jr./Sr. High School
Westwood Jr./Sr. High School educates students from Westwood and Washington Township in grades 8 - 12. The program of studies features three levels of academic rigor: Advanced Placement, Honors and College Prep. The school follows a four-day schedule with a six-period rotation, with each period being about an hour long. The school has been named one of the top 100 in the state by New Jersey Monthly magazine. The vast majority of students continue their education after graduation. In addition to academics, the school offers sports teams for boys and girls at varying levels and there are many clubs and other activities.
