Westwood CVS Moving This Weekend
The store will relocate to the new building on the corner of Broadway and Jefferson.
The Westwood CVS is scheduled to move to its new location this weekend.
The new store was recently built at the site of the former Seville Diner at 289 Broadway, on the corner of Jefferson Avenue. It will be replacing their current location on Westwood Avenue.
The new building is larger than the current 8,000-square-foot store and features a drive-thru for prescription pick-ups.
The current location will close at 2 p.m. Saturday. The new CVS will open Sunday morning.
The plan was approved by the Westwood Zoning Board in 2010 and some additional variances were given for signs last year.

I just got back from CVS and waited nearly 10 minutes while they tried to find my prescription. I can't imagine the traffic back-ups in the new drive-thru.

Does anyone know if this CVS is hiring? Nothing seems to be posted on Caremarks website.

Glad to have the new CVS location open. They did a terrifc job on both the building and interior. Anyone complaining about traffic probably never went to their old location where there was no parking. if you bought a case of water you had to carry it to your car in the municipal parking lot. Congrats we are excited about this opening
