Some Schools Open Monday
Westwood Regional and Pascack Valley Regional schools will reopen Monday. Hillsdale K-8 schools will remain closed.
Westwood Regional Schools and Pascack Valley High School will reopen Monday.
Students at Westwood and Washington Township schools will have a full, five-day week despite the planned days off for the election and the NJEA convention, according to a message from Superintendent Geoffrey Zoeller.
Due to ongoing power outages, students from George School will attend class at Washington School and students from Brookside will attend class at Berkeley School. Parents can expect to receive a call from their school Sunday evening with more details on how this will work.
In Hillsdale, K-8 schools will remain closed Monday, according to police. Pascack Valley High School will be open and school officials also said they anticipate remaining open on the previously-planned days off for the NJEA convention.
St. John's Academy in Hillsdale also announced they would reopen Monday.
