Members of the Westwood Police Department were given proclamations honoring 15 years of service at the Sept. 21 council meeting. Sgt. Jay Hutchinson, Sgt. Matthew McClutchy and Officer Scott McNiff were present at the meeting to accept the proclamations. Detective Robert Saul also received the honor but was unable to attend.
